1. Program & Tuition Policy

2026–2027 Only the BIA Bilingual International Program applies; tuition is the same for all nationalities.

2. Enrollment & Administrative Fees

New Students: Must pay registration fee and administrative fee.
Students Moving Up: Only the registration fee is required; administrative fee is not charged again.

👉 Levels: Kindergarten → Primary → Secondary → High School

3. Sibling Discount

Second child: 50% off enrollment fee
Third child onward: Free enrollment fee

4. Tuition Payment

Tuition is paid annually; semester payment requires a valid work permit for foreign parents.

5. Early Payment Discount

• A 5% tuition discount is offered if full tuition is paid by May 31, 2026;
• Or if a deposit of 50,000,000 VND is paid by May 31, 2026 and the remaining balance is fully paid by July 31, 2026.
• This policy applies to both current and new students.
• This discount applies to tuition fees only and does not apply to other fees.

6. Graduation Fee

Students in graduation classes (K3, G5, G9) are required to pay an additional graduation fee of 1,000,000 VND (including yearbook production, graduation gown rental, and graduation photos).

7. Tuition Refund

Attending any day of Semester 1 → No refund
Not attending Semester 2 → Refundable
Attending any day of Semester 2 → No refund

8. Meal Fee Refund

Requires 30-day written notice, confirmed by teacher and admin.

9. Annual One-Time Fees

Insurance and textbook fees are collected upon enrollment and are non-refundable.

10. School Bus Fee

Charged separately.

11. Kindergarten Pick-up & Late Fee

Pick-up time: 15:30–16:20
Late pick-up fee: 70,000 VND per session

12. Uniform Policy

School uniforms must be purchased every academic year and cannot be canceled.
